At Artkind, we want you to love your art. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

As most of our art prints - especially framed and assembles works - are made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at gigi.rose@art-kind.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised orders including framed prints

  • Items returned without prior contact

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 30 minutes of placing it. Once an order enters production, we are unable to cancel or change it.
